Machining Process of Cylinder Heads:

• Precision machining: The production process begins with unmachined cylinder head casting. The cylinder heads then undergo precision machining by numerically controlled (CNC) machines, such as milling, drilling and reaming.

• Specialised processes: Cylinder heads may require specialised machining, such as finishing with special tools.

• Quality control: Each cylinder head undergoes thorough quality control to ensure that dimensions, surface finish and geometry meet the standards.

• Assembly and testing: IQM also provides component assembly services, if required, and leak testing

• Surface finish: Surface finishes can be applied to further improve the strength and durability of the product.

Packaging and delivery: The cylinder heads are packed and delivered to customers for integration into their engines or industrial applications.
